Description: This project is intended to be the reception assessment facility, which will provide a high level of support that is aimed at stabilising and engaging with individuals who have substance and/or alcohol misuse problems and related behaviours. These are likely to include offending and anti social behaviours that impact on the community at large.
This project will provide a high level of support to provide a solid foundation for engagement with community services. This basis will create opportunities for progression through homelessness or being vulnerable to homelessness caused by substance and/or alcohol abuse and related behaviours, to semi supported and settled move on accommodation. It is envisaged this project will provide the transition from chaotic life style to settled independent living.

Description: This project will be the first stage of move on for clients leaving the reception / assessment hostel. It is designed to provide a lower level of support that is aimed at promoting the consolidation of existing life skills and continuing their engagement with support plan and related agencies. The support offered is visiting in nature and will consist of individual key working and organised house meetings. The support is aimed at maintaining current levels of need and developing skills to maximise independence and plan for a structured move to less supported housing. Clients will have access to out of hours support and management for emergencies.

Description: This project is aimed at those clients who wish to maximise their independence with some access to visiting support and intervention from P.A.S. staff. This provision is designed to be sustainable and forward thinking. The delivery of support work is directed towards continued compliance with support plan and finalising self-development towards independent living. Residents will be supported through managed house meetings and individual support but less regularly than at initial projects. They will have access to respite or crisis intervention if life crisis demands.

Description: The aim of this project is to provide a ‘clean and dry’ supported environment for single female clients who need to address issues relating to drug and alcohol abuse, and to facilitate maintaining family contact, tenancy sustainment and engagement with their treatment provider. The service is aimed at females who, as a result of problematic drug/alcohol abuse, have chaotic lifestyles which can cause and sustain homelessness, anti-social behaviour and cause long-term health problems. Clients will usually stay for up to a maximum of 16 weeks before moving on in consultation with partner agencies. The project will consist of a shared 5-bedroom house and will offer six hours of housing related support per client per week. Clients are supported by female members of staff only. All clients will have access to 24-hour emergency on-call crisis support.
