Full Time Support Workers
Post to commence ASAP
Poole / Bournemouth
£14,280 - £15,300 per annum DOE
12 hour shifts 2 days on, 2 days off
Working at our Ex Offender / Mental Health / Drug & Alcohol projects, you will provide support and guidance to vulnerable adults. Our aim is to maximise their independence and help them to maintain their tenancies. Your duties will involve producing and maintaining structured support plans. You will provide practical and emotional support to residents, giving them guidance in resolving any issues as they arise such as benefit entitlement, household duties and assisting them in learning new skills.
You will have a non judgemental approach, remain calm under pressure and be a team player.

1 x Project Coordinator
Post to commence ASAP
Newquay
£16,640 - £18,200 per annum DOE
37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday
You will have relevant experience in Support Work, an ability to identify risks, deal with challenging behaviour and show evidence of problem solving. In addition you will be responsible for leading a small team. You will have a non judgemental approach, remain calm under pressure and be a team player.

Full Driving Licence and use of your own car is essential for both posts
